I also asked the lady, to whom I submitted my application, if she could give me directory about the written exam. She said that they just don't have one, and the exam is about general knowledge and intelligence. But still I thought that I could try my chance here, anybody who knows anything about it? or maybe has taken the exam before? Thanks are in advance, enis. Spencer Hutchins Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 I don't claim to know anything about the DGA, but a buddy of mine is also applying for the DGA Trainee program and has spent some time with a local AD who is in the DGA. And according to the AD your grade isn't based upon the percentage of the questions you get correct, but rather on how well you match the scores of the AD's in the industry now.
