The hilo film festival is looking for high concept/low budget films. Is the film you made going to play at the multiplex anytime soon? If not, it might be perfect for San Francisco?s hi/lo film festival. Since 1997 the hi/lo film festival has been presenting adventurous films that prove you don?t need a lot of money to make a great movie. They take films that are any length and are accepting submissions through January 2005. Hilo knows that when it comes to movies $40 million can kill a good idea. The festival will screen in San Francisco in the spring of 2005 and then will tour the country, plus films accepted into the festival will also be considered for inclusion on our 2005 hilo film festival DVD.
