Charles Boileau Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 Hi, Just got my first gig with the F900 Just wondering why there is a format option in the operation IND menu when in reality we have to set it in the maintenance multi format menu. I just don't get why they make these menus soooooo confusing. Also, I have a TVlogic monitor which accepts YPbPr. On the F900 I have this weird output module called a Miranda. I connected the three connectors. These connectors got to and xlr that splits again into component. Any thoughts on why I'm not getting anything? Andre Labous Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 The operations menu can be customized. You can put most used functions in operation menu so you don't have to go search for them elsewhere. You can adjust frame rate settings in either menu. You have to power camera off and then back on to make frame rates change. To go into your monitor just use component outputs from side of camera instead of coming out of Miranda.
