Matt North
Ive got a commercial coming up shooting on Iconix 2k studio cameras. The small lipstick-type ones. Has anyone had any experience with them? Im assuming we will have a test day but it'd be great to get some feedback on assisting with these cameras. Any AC tricks or things to look out for? David Rosenblum
No tricks cuz I was merely a PA (on my first job in LA no less), but this was shot with that camera: It was pretty big on the net for a little.

Yeah, how much time/energy/people went into that? My friends and I debated it when it came out.
David Rosenblum
Yeah, how much time/energy/people went into that? My friends and I debated it when it came out. Full crew: like 70 people. 2.5 nights - weather wasn't favorable so an extra night was added. And energy? unbelievable... producers, director and coordinators (and entire crew) worked extremely hard to bring that "homemade" video come to life. I would also credit the editors/post staff who almost totally seamlessly edited together multiple shots at multiple locations over 3 nights!
