Color charts / gray scales

Hi there,

 

I was recently inquiring with Kodak about their various gray scales and color charts, and it seems like several of them have been discontinued (such as the 9" X 12" Gray Card Plus, or various colour patch charts (such as Cat. #s 152 7654 or 152 7662). Does anyone know why? Is there an intention to eventually replace these, or if not, is there a comparable product made by another company?

I ran into this problem a while ago, people at kodak told me Tiffen was now making the kodak grey card plus, but people at tiffen didn't seem to know about it.

 

Mr. Plytak, would yo care to shed light?

Hello,

 

They did indicate that the larger 18 X 24 Gray Card was still available. The 9 X 12 one, and various colour strips they said weren't available on back order, and were officially discontinued (in "continental North America", I believe he said), and there was no substitute product planned, at least currently.
