I want to do motion blurred images on film with slow speed on 35mm film as in still photography doing shots at shutter speed of 1/4 of a second. How can this be done, since all motion picture cameras I know are not capable of opening the shutter to anything more than 180 deegre angle. Let me know your suggestions, Thanks.
