I am considering the purchase of a Altman 1200SE HMI fresnel and wonder how it compares to a Arri Compact Fresnel 1200. An Altman kit is about $1100 dollars cheaper than the Arri kit. I have never worked with a Altman but it has been recomended to me as being similar quality. Any opinions?
