After the script's finished we plan on shooting next year sometime in Spring. I have been studying the craft/art of cinematography for quite some time now, but have only shot a documentary with complete natural lighting. I need tips in the general area of lighting, what approach should I take? What's good equipment for beginners with a low-budget film? We will be shooting on Mini DV, not film.
