The model i believe is the glidecam vista. (maybe something smaller if that exists?) It would be great to hear any advice, tips or stories. Thanks! If you're assisting, just get it all balanced out, connect it up and you're pretty much good. If you're operating, the only advice I can offer is to get as much practice with it beforehand as you can. They're fiddly and not nearly as good to operate as a remote head with wheels.
