Need a special circle of confusion

I need help finding my CoC with an odd medium. Shooting 1920x1080 with a 1/2 sensor (EX3 6.4mmX4.8mm) and the film is intended to screen on an 30' - 60' projector.

 

There is not an sure answer for uprez. So I want to play it safe and say 4k.

 

Giving the frame a 2.8444 magnification.

This is a case where theory math are probably going to be a waste of time. There are too many variables. You'd do better to shoot a diagonal newspaper test, and pick your circle size based on that. To calculate DOF tables with the circle of your choice, try this spreadsheet:
