Guest Ian Marks
I have seen blimps for your camera on Ebay. Arriflex made one and I think I've seen one manufactured by Cine 60. These may make operation of your camera clumsy or limit your lens choice but are probably your best bet, especially if you've already made a big investment in your outfit. There are also computer programs which will help you to filter out camera noise from your audio track, although obviously you want to record as little camera noise as possible. I know that Robert Rodriguez used an Arri S to shoot "El Mariachi," but all of the dialogue was recorded separately.
Rik Andino
If you're interested in shooting sound And you like the Arri--Arriflex name brand I recommend you check the Arri--Arriflex 16BL It's very good pretty similar to the Arriflex St And the price range is around the same give or take a few thousand bucks And it's extremely quiet if well maintained There are a couple on ebay right now check 'em out
