Jonathan Hall
Hello all! I am trying to figure out what the best move is for a DP. I have heard a lot of mixed reviews on what incorporation is better for entertainment people. I basically am looking for the easiest one to handle, with the most room to help me with taxes. Any insight is welcome. Thanks you.
Aaron Moorhead
Almost every time it's best to be an LLC. It's designed for small business. Hello all! Premium Member Bill DiPietra Posted September 9, 2010 Premium Member Share Posted September 9, 2010 Obviously, that also depends on what state you form the company in. I believe mine is an "S" corporation, but I'd have to check the papers. It cost me about $700 to incorporate mine and my annual taxes are about $300, give or take. Not sure what it would be in CA. Check your Department of State site.
