Kyle Krupinski
I recently purchased a Cooke 20-100 Zoom lens from a guy in Toronto, We shipped it via fed ex ground and put that I was using the lens for parts and that the value was $1000 so that it would get through customs quicker and cheaper because I had a shoot set for the weekend after shipping. Well somewhere along the way it must of taken a mighty big fall because the iris blades get stuck at around f5.6 or f8 when I try to stop it down. I'm located in St Louis MO and there is no one around that services cinema gear, just a couple small photography stores. I'm going to be in Nashville from January 4th to the 6th for Telecine for a couple short films I shot, I'm also about 6 hours away from Chicago, I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for lens repair services in either of those cities or anywhere in the midwest really. Thanks, Kyle Krupinski

Robert Harper
I've had luck at Visual Products, but have shipped lenses lots of different places. Duclos is obviously very well respected. The guy at Serious Gear in Seattle also did great work on a set of lenses I sent up there.
