How to mount pipe clamp lights to c-stand?

A guy I work for has some studio style fluorescent lights with a pipe clamp bolted to the yoke that he wants to mount to his c-stands. He used to have a t shaped piece of metal that had a baby pin and a pipe at a 90 degree angle to it. The light would clamp to this pipe while the baby pin end goes in a gobo head. Any ideas on how to mount these lights?

Commonly a TVMP (TV to Motion Picture) adapter, a barrel with a thread for the 1/2"-13 fixture pan bolt on one side, and a baby reciever on the other, with an outer diameter that fits a junior receiver, which could be good if they're large flathead size fixtures. For an easy switch back to a pipe clamp, he can also purchase a pipe clamp with a baby pin and bite the TVMP on it when when neccessary.

As stated, a TVMP is the usual suspect here.

Just a side note, the Matthews version is the WORST! Even the Avenger model has a real metal T-handle instead of that weeny thing on the Matthews. Anything other than straight up or down, and you won't be able to tighten it enough to keep it from rotating. The Modern version has a real handle (plus they have several bolt size options) and I think American's does also (but can't find a photo anywhere).
