It was part of a competition and the video won, making it the first official Queen music Video in 15 years. We shot it over two days on no budget with a canon 5d and nikon primes. Hey Oscar, Yeah no budget, well all in I think it cost €1000 half of that went to the 'studio' we shot in and the other half went on props and the little set that we built. We shot on the 5d mark II with old nikon lenses. Lighting package consisted of two blonds, three red heads and a set of 1000w arri minifloods which we used to illuminate the small green screen. And we also had those theatre lights (colorful LEDs and sunstrips) We were lucky enough to get all that gear for free. And of course the crew worked for free too. It was a fun little shoot, I especially liked doing the shots that had lighting changes within them, something I had never done before. Glad you liked it.
