No pan handle, but I'll throw in a quick disconnect plate, and padded bag to make up for it. I can also throw in a bogen pan handle (just the handle, still need the part to lock it to the tripod head though). The head is in great condition, and can take a payload up to 35 lbs I believe. I'm willing to split the head and legs up for sale if someone is interested. I'd also be willing to take something in trade such as a Lomo oct-19 zoom lens... $1400 for everything!
