Noise reduction and voice enhancing? Need to fix a dialogue scene

I have to deliver this short for tommorow and have been tampering with Audition CS6 to try and reduce the noise in this very poorly recorded scene, without tampering too much with the quality. Since i have absolutely no knowledge in audio editing, and don't have the time to learn it from scratch right now, i'd like to know if it is possible, in the first place, to somewhat fix this scene and if so, how to, without spending an absurd amount of time?

I'd be willing to make a small paypal donation to anyone that can reasonably fix this recording and explain their procedure to me.
