What is the Best but low-cost Lens to Use with a 5D to shoot a short-film, aiming for big screen

Hello Guys

Pls what will be my go to lens to get a very clean and colorful picture using a 5D, for using my short-film. Zoom or Primes, if yea or No, Why? And which maker, plus consider the fact that the short is a low to no-budget project. And pls wat will be the effect if projected on a big screen?
