Longshot in The Last Stand (2013)

In "The Last Stand" (2013) (starring Arnold S., the former gov of California), 10 minutes into the film during a prisoner transfer escape scene, there was a long shot of three protagonists zip lining from building top to another, the camera follows them zip line across the rooftops but the camera drops at least 5-6 stories down to ground level when a SWAT team shows up.

Did anyone work on this set (in Albuquerque) or does anyone know how they did that shot?
