The rear element was cleaned due to some fungus and the front element was replaced due to scratches. There is a bit of interior dust still but is otherwise clean. I've since used it on a couple of projects with no issues as far as I can tell. I do have footage I can send. The focus ring is offset in the readings, but this can either be modified or marked with paper tape to true readings. Though, the lens is so wide and the widest iris opening being f/3.5, focus isn't much of an issue. Covers 35mm Academy at 1.66 aspect ratio with no vignetting. Comes with front and rear caps.
