Includes - Slider 100mm bowl mount Case Rubber feet x 4 Wood Handles a couple extra parts. Its used but in great shape. Could use a nice cleaning thru MyTWorks. I got a quote of 250.00 for that from them. It has one slow spot I feel just a hint of with a full size tripod head and camera on it.
