Steven Budden
Hello, Can someone explain exactly what happens when a bolex mag is "converted" to super? The rollers are just polished? This sounds like a simple procedure... is it? I'm trying to decide whether I should get mags and have them converted or try to find a mag that is already ready for super. As usual, any help appreciated. Thanks! Steven
Steven Budden
Damn I posted in the wrong area again! Can I make this post migrate to super 16mm only? Steven
Steven Budden
Also, if the modification is only polishing the rollers, after it is done can the mags sill be used for R 16? Thanks! Steven

Steven <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I can't tell you what exactly the conversation entails but i do know they will work for single and double perf film. The mags have no registration pins or cogs. Hope this is of some use. A.
