Need a DP for a short film - low pay

I'm currently in pre-production for a short film - closed'N (8-10min).

The screenplay is completed. I have a few actors in mind but auditions will be

held once the crew is completed.

 

I'm currently looking for a DP who has experience shooting in 16mm/S16mm.

I can only afford to pay $200 a day to a DP for three days of shoot (possibly Fri/Sat/Sun)

I feel that experience and innovation at DP's position is vital to any production.

I also, need gaffer/grip/sound but I will try to get friends with some experience to do that.

 

The production details:

Working title: closed in

Format: 16mm color

Length: 8-10min

Location: In-around NYC (Mainly in NYC - depending on location availability)
