Hi, Anyone tried to use Arri motors ( clm-1 or 2) whith a Chrosziel Digifox hand unit ??? The command and the motors are both digitals so it should work with a custom cable but Chrosziel doesn't answer my emails so I ask to you guys... Thanks

Obviously, it was used to record sound on the 16mm film like Super 8mm ...I don't know if it was used a lot cause it's the first time I see that kind of magazine. I would say that at this time (70's) camera operator and sound engineer prefered to use the Nagra for more freedom ( no cables...) My 2 cents.

Hi, I'm looking for an Arriflex 35-3 variable mirror shutter, the 4 positions (135°-180°) or the 15°-180° version.

Hi Doug, I have the same motor and asked myself the same question about one year ago... The swich is for 24 and 25 fps or variable speed. My motor seems to be a bit odd since it has a 24/25 mark (on the camera side when you remove the motor) but still can only run at 25fps (variable from 6 to 32fps). My motor doesn't have this 24 /25 switch, I hope yours has it...it should be on the camera side of the motor. Sorry I can't tell you more since I've never seen one. Maybe you could add a picture to your next message, maybe it can help...

I'm looking for a way to unsqueeze the picture with my jurgen's Video door on the camera...it seems that there an Arri extension eyepiece who can do this but I'm not sure... Is there a way to do it without an extension eyepiece for handheld shots...thanks.
