I've just started a feature shooting on the HDX 900, and for reasons that are too annoying to get into, I may have to switch to the F900R for 5 days, then back to the HDX. I was planning on shooting the HDX in 23.98 720P, but is there anything I should reconsider if I'll be using the F900R for part of the shoot (which to my understanding is native 1080P)...
the tech. guy at the camera rental house seemed very concerned about shooting the two and having them match given the difference in recording, but my take is that it'll be somewhat like shooting Fuji and Kodak in the same project (none of the footage from the two cameras will ever be intercut in the same scene, so I'm not too worried). Besides the added cost in post with the F900R, what's the best way to shoot with this camera so that the look of the footage (strictly from a recording standpoint) will match.
If any of this doen't make sense, it's cause I'm still new to HD. Thanks.
