im making a feature over the summer using a dvx100 and im wondering what is the best technique for recording the sound, or what kind of mic should i use?
second, I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on filming in the dark, i want you to be able to see what is going on but still have it look dark, most of the movie takes place at night.
any help will be useful.

i was wondering if the xl1 or xl2 had the title mix feature like on the gl2. I didnt see anything on the website so im asuming it doesnt have it
