I can speak from expierence, I am a recent graduate of Brooks, I cant complain, the more I find myself working the more I relize what I learned at Brooks. There are Pros/cons to any film school. Brooks Is great because you get hands on equipment right away however from a fundamental consertive film making aspect the school is not up to par. If you have the money to do it, it is worth it, the school is only going to get bigger, weather thats good or bad, I dont know? Its already over crowded

Yes the job placement at Brooks is not good, but you cant reley on a school to get you job, you got to go out there, start making connections, an find your own work.

All in all, I would recomened it, theres great faculty, people and good equipment.

Can anyone tell me what the pros and cons are of the kodak vison 2 500t 5229? Also how it reacts under both tugsten and daylight lighting conditions, really any feedback from anyone who has had expierence with this stock.

Thanks for all your help, I will most likely be shooting on an arri435(intervelometer) using a medium speed tungsten film using standered speed lenses t2.1. Unfortunantly I do not have the budget to test, However I could test with my still camera using close to the same set up?

Hello there, I am curious how do you meter for exposure at night (stars), How long do you have to keep the shutter open for, how do know what will be correct. Does this make any sense?

Where can I find a Hand held support for the arri SR 2 to rent? Im pretty sure the package I am recieving comes with one hand grip, I was just wondering if there was any kind of padded brace that mounted to the base of the camera with two hand grips. If there is, where in LA could I rent one.
