Hello everybody,
I'm on preproduction for a documentary and I need to set a greenscreen shooting light with fluo.
I need to be at 250 fps, 1/100 shutter speed and I look for fluo ballast for this.
Is anybody already experienced this ? Do I need a electronic 300Hz ballast ? Have you any advice about bulbs.
Thank you.

Over light your characters, then under expose them, and your white wall will become dark grey or black. Use source four or strong HMI througt your windows. And use a lot of negative fill on out of frame walls.

Soft F/X filter is your new friend ! This is an amazing filter, and with a front soft light, this is an less expensive way of become younger for actresses.
