  1. Use the sun as your rim light and then use a big soft silver reflector as your key light then you are done. This is real basic lighting what is the problem? :rolleyes:

     

     

    Eye light and diffusion. Basically a light source which reflects in the eyes and fill in under the brows a bit and makes them come to life. It can be a light or just a white piece of material if it's close enough in. The eyes are highly reflective so you don't need too much. Also look into an Obie Light.
  2. I had this very problem a year ago on a shoot.

    I ended up bouncing a Arri 1000 off the celing right over my subjects. Then my second light a was one stop less light bounced off the wall behind the camera to serve as a fill light.

    This worked great and fast with no messing around.

    I'm going to try taping some bare flos or something for fill but I don't want it to get too underlit and Nosferatu-ish. Also like the idea of tenting the stall from above, mostly because we won't be shooting upwards.
