This pipeline needs to be shut down. Period.If it doesn't get shut down, then be ready to have dilbit spewed into your drinking water. These pipeline builders have nearly 100% failure rates... there have been nearly constant oil spills going on from all of these pipelines... it's about time we started at least pretending to be an intelligent species and stopped supporting oil companies spewing poison our wells.

So... Tennessee would prefer to give taxpayer money to two of the most hated companies in America, who will deliver inferior service (as usual) and charger more than a company that was willing to do a better job without the government handout...WTF?
