Mattia Michael Cavaliere

Mattia is an Italian cinematographer, born and raised in Turin, Italy. After working as a designer he discovered his passion for cinematography.
During his early career, Mattia worked in the grip and electric department on local projects to cut his teeth.
He had the chance to see at work professionals like Daniele Cafolla who worked with acclaimed directors of photography like Vittorio Storaro, John Toll, Rodrigo Prieto e Nicola Pecorini.

He learned under the mentorship of award-winning director of photography Denson Baker ACS NZCS.

He is an associate member of AIC (Italian Society of Cinematographers).

His background leads him to be an adaptive filmmaker for different projects and situations. His attention to the story and the vision of the director mixed with his working attitude and his meticulous approach make him a valuable asset.
Mattia is always hungry for learning new things and improve himself.
