I've been wanting to make a more cost effective version of Teradek's passthrough / tx cradle.

I purchased an Anton Bauer male and female plate and plan to weld a simple holder for the Teradek. The wiring seems pretty straight forward, but definitely something I can not afford to mess up by putting it on a camera. Are there any schematics or things to know before even attempting this?

How do you go about checking and setting the back focus on the Amira with an EF mount? Does it involve shims like on PL?
