  1. Long ago got the whole portable rig finished, running, and mounted on NASA tripod.  In 2022 I tested it and NF.  Very quiet with everything set correctly.  Got in touch with the folks who helped me before (they rebuilt this camera in 1980).  I will now ship them the DBM-44A for repair.  It has less value if not working.

  2. I guess it would not be IMPOSSIBLE to fab one...not much to it.  Only trick is to find a little mirrored prism.  Maybe a first-surface mirror to cut down.  And maybe a piece of drafting mylar for the target.

    Hi,

I'm having issues with my Milliken camera and wanted to see if anybody here could help. I have the camera running and working fine but the issue lies in the boresight. I bought a boresight online but it is for the side bore and uses a prism which you put in when the camera isnt loaded. This is great except when the camera is loaded with film the boresight becomes useless. My camera has an addition viewing front plate but takes a B-113 boresight (I think, must check the manual to be certain). Does anybody have one of these they would like to part with?

I also have a Pan Cinor with the dogleg except lucky me it seems to be the older type which doesnt allow for focussing while viewing. Happy days.

Anybody who is interested in Milliken cameras with experience please leave a reply. These are super cameras but there is little to no info on them which is a shame.

    Kind Regards

Just assembling my 44 for the first time.  I don't have a prism assembly.  Any ideas where to get one?  I have a B-02 but it's useless without the prism.  Looks tough to build.

  4. Not sure what is happening...I have written 2 letters and they don't seem to be getting posted.  I am well on the way to full restoration with the HP20 Deutsch 19-pin connector coming and the original service Co. during the Teledyne years sending me info.  I will share everything I find.  I bought that original USN 44 case on Ebay and have blasted and painted it.  New foam done.  New lettering tomorrow.  New handle next week.  I will build a remote control box.  I just ordered an original HUGE DBM tripod with the dovetaol mount.  This old DB4A was converted to 44 specs in 1980.
