I have come into ownership of a number of nice 2/3" cine lenses - a pair of Zeiss DigiZooms, a set of Elite HD lenses - and was curious as to how they might be usable in Super 8 shooting. With Super 16 and Super 35, mount converters replete with corrective optics are available to account for the 3CCD sensor issue. However, I do not believe this is the case with HD B4 lenses for Super 8 (C mount etc).
Does anyone have any recommended solutions that will allow for this fast glass to be used for Super 8 film? Or are S16/S35 corrective mounts the only solution, then converting from PL to C-mount?
