Using Mac Dvd Player , OSX 10. 2.8 .Ta Gareth Munden I just recently asked that same question recently. It's: apple key + shift + 3 and it'll show up on your desktop as a PDF

Premium Member David Mullen ASC Posted November 17, 2005 Premium Member Share Posted November 17, 2005 Try either downloading a free VLC (Video LAN-Client) media player or buy SnapZ Pro X (about $69). http://www.videolan.org/ http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/
Premium Member Adam Frisch FSF Posted November 17, 2005 Premium Member Share Posted November 17, 2005 Or Apple Key + Shift + 4, and you'll get the crosshairs which you then can grab just the part of the frame you need.

Rod Otaviano
There's another freeware app called SnapNDrag. Very easy to use: http://www.yellowmug.com/snapndrag/
Tom Banks
If anyone has a PC, Cyberlink's PowerDVD is really easy to grab frames. You can specify where to save them under preferences and then there is a button to click on the player that will grab the frame.
