Long Shutter Effect

Hi

I am shooting a film this upcoming week on the Alexa 35, and I want to achieve a long shutter effect for certain shots. Something like this video I've attached below. The max shutter angle I can do is 356, so it can't quite get me the same effect that people are able to achieve when they use shutter speed since they can get much longer shutter options. I know that I need to play with my frame rate, but I wanted to see if anyone has any advice for specific camera settings that they have used to achieve this kind of effect and what they were.
