I always thought it was 'Scream', directed by Mark Romanek, with 7M, but on the dvd 'The Work of Director Mark Romanek' he says there is one video that's even more expensive... And it absolutely makes me sick! $100K+ just for MAKEUP alone for the two stars. Ya know, a top-notch album costs about $250,000 to create, and a video is publicity for a single song. . . and then he goes and spends $30 million to record "Invincible."
