Gregory PAUL
Hello, I have a LTR that I'm very glad to own. Altough when you use the test feature the exposure time is limited to 1/4th of second. I wonder if it's possible to update the LTR to the XTR possibility of long time exposure ? As far as I know when you keep pressing the test button on the XTR, the shutter stays open. If the LTR is updatable, is the update software and/or hardware ? Many thanks for help and long life AATON ! Greg

Well, thats not completely true... you could find a way to stuff XTR components inside it, but it would probably cost you more than the fair market (read: eBay) value of your camera. - Nathan
Mitch Gross
You can't do that mod, but Alan Giles at Camera Engineering in the UK has made some other mods for the LTR for shooting timelapse. And if you wish to shoot long exposures you can always rent a Norris intervalometer and a capping shutter.
Gregory PAUL
Hello there, Thanks for your replies. Too bad for that update. :( I should probably save money to afford a XTR... ;-) Regards Gregory
