Fulgencio Martinez
Hi, I will shoot a long feature for TV. I Thought about using pro35 adaptor with a Zeiss1.3 set on the digibeta 790 the company has. I read about image artifacts but nothing very clear about this. I know i will have a soft image, but guess it is like when using a 1/4 promist filter. Is there anything more to worry about¿ Has anyone got experience with this kind of camera configuration. i will shoot around T2 to get a deep effect. thanks
Craig Chartier
take time to check out the lenses on a good monitor. pan side to side on a subject and check for light drop off at the edges. not all glass reacts the same.
Jamie Metzger
Test it out rigorously before you start production. Try and not put your own money into that as well. You can also change the grain and artifacts by making the ground glass shake more or less. Play with it and learn it.
Mitch Gross
Check in the archives from about three years ago. I did some extensive testing then and posted in detail.
