SSJR
This was my first 35mm Gig. I know I have lots to learn :) We shot on a very limited budget with a few amount of lights. I used a Arri BL-3 with super Speeds Mark II. I shot on 5218 and 5205 Compression darkened these a little. Let me know what you think. :) Obviously this works out once it is 1.85 matte Edited March 12, 2006 by SSJR
Premium Member Dan Goulder Posted March 12, 2006 Premium Member Share Posted March 12, 2006 What did you use for lighting? It looks like you relied primarily on focused key lighting (with minimal top and fill) on selected portions of the frame, letting the rest go dark. (I assume by intent.) Good luck in your endeavor. Matt Frank
I think those look really good. I like the lack of ambient light in some of the concert shots. It looks like you really made an equipment limitation become a creative asset.

James Steven Beverly
I'm gonna guess your list of lights was bogus and you only had ONE light. ( just kidding) :D
