How can I set a T-stops?

:huh: I'm worked so many time in DV, but very poor experience in film works.

I know how light meters works and using meters.

But there is little confusion what point is middle tone(zone V) and how can I get a proper T-stops?

Naturally it is subjective decision a certain degree.

But I think there in some tips to get a T-stops correctly.

Any information would be great!
