  2. Hello! I'm camera assistant in Korea. Did you guys see the movie 'Inside Man'? I think it was brilliant and the story was very interesting. According to the topic of American Cinematographer, Matthew Libatique use some cube boxes for ambience in the bank. My question is why does he use cube? Does cube have any advantage than baloon? My grammar is so terrible :P . Sorry! Any advice will very precious to me. Thank You.
  3. In "INSIDE MAN" Mattew Libatique lighting inside of the bank use 4K tungsten lighting cubes. And, some outdoor ambience source comes from the lighting cubes. I saw a lot sphere shape balloons but never saw cube ones. My question is what's the difference between sphere ones and cube ones? and what is the more preferable thing recently? Why? Sorry for my bad English! Any information is good for me. Thank You!
  4. I say my problem briefly. Our location is a classroom. In the classroom there are many students studying at night. The only practical source is fluorescents on the ceiling. The exposure is enough but I worry that the look is too flat. There are only white blank walls. I want some texture. We have only Fresnels-2Ks, 1Ks... Any opinion would be thanks!
  5. I'm worked so many time in DV, but very poor experience in film works. I know how light meters works and using meters. But there is little confusion what point is middle tone(zone V) and how can I get a proper T-stops? Naturally it is subjective decision a certain degree. But I think there in some tips to get a T-stops correctly. Any information would be great! Sorry for my bad english thx!
