motion control rigs in LA

I'll be shooting a commercial mid July that needs a quiet motion control rig. I need to be able to dolly, tilt, maybe boom. I understand that the boom axis is one of the noisier ones. I found The Zebra online- Craig @ Pacific Motion. Does anyone have experience with this rig, or experience with a quiet motion control rig- that's affordable. It's a commercial for a film festival so they do not have alot of dough- Kodak has graciously offered or agreed to give us film. The Zebra comes out to 3,500, with an operator and a tech. So I guess that ballpark. It says it's the quietest rig in the industry on it's website. Any input is greatly appreciated.
