Premium Member Tim O'Connor Posted July 31, 2006 Premium Member Share Posted July 31, 2006 Hi guys, I talked to the Ford service manager and their mechanic said that changing speedometer gears (to make speedometer read faster than actual m.p.h.) could damage transmission. I'm going to check elsewhere and see if other transmission mechanics agree. Haven't done the 2-D tracking yet but my friend that he can show me how.
