James Briggs
I'm looking for something thats easy to take around and set up. Wondered if anyone had any good ideas for a good 16:9 monitor that easyily hooks up to the XL2.
Jack Barker
I have the VariZoom 16:9 7" kit, and I like it very much. It's light, nicely packaged and has pretty good color representation. Read about it here: http://www.varizoom.com/products/monitors/vztft7u.html But buy it here: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller...&image.y=10 Edited November 19, 2006 by Jack Barker
James Briggs
Thanks Jack! Yes that looks like exactly what I'm after. The only problem is I'm from the UK. Just wondred if anyone knows of any compatibility problems with the NTSC signal instead of the Pal one for the UK version of the XL2? Looked everywhere for a UK version but can't seem to find one! James Briggs
OK! Ignore the last post just re-read the other link and it's switchable. Thanks again Jack! It looks perfect!
Jack Barker
I don't quite understand your question. In the description (first link), it says, "Compatible with NTSC and PAL standards (autoswitch)". Edit: Ooops! We both posted at the same time! :P Edited November 20, 2006 by Jack Barker
Chris Durham
Just bought that Varizoom. I'll vouch for it - I love it. Mounts perfectly on the shoe.
