Quinten Densak
Hi i recently took a photo of a big building at sunset. I metered the sky f 2.8 at 1/4 sec exposure. I exposed it at f16 for 30 seconds. Using the 1/exposure time= shutter/360xfps ( 180 shutter at 24 fps with an exposure time of 30 seconds) . I work out that i will need a 17.28 degree shutter for a similar exposure or 1/15 fps. I know that i can get 17.28 shutter on most 35mm film cameras. My question is how does i get 1/15 fps? thanks for all your help till now Quinten densak Student

What speed stock is this with? That doesn't sound like correct exposure information at all, unless you are talking night photography which isn't often done with motion picture gear.
