learjet76
I just bought a B&H 35MM Eyemo but it only records in 8FPS or 16FPS can I still get the film developed? And how do I view it, do I transfer it to D/V? Sorry if the questions are stupid.
Nate Downes
Yes you can in both cases. You just need to remember that the recorded footage will come out faster than you shot it with. Easy to fix in post.
Premium Member John Sprung Posted August 31, 2004 Premium Member Share Posted August 31, 2004 I just bought a B&H 35MM Eyemo but it only records in 8FPS or 16FPS That's very strange. The eyemo's I've seen go from 8 to 48 fps, except for one that was strictly a single frame animation camera. Come to think of it, doing animation with an eyemo is also a very strange idea. The first eyemo's date from 1927, just before sound and the 24 fps standard, so maybe this is one of the very early ones. If so, you might be able to sell it to a collector and buy something better. Where are you located? -- J.S.
