I just had a few questions about this camera.

1. How does it compare with the cx-2m

2. Is it capable of crystal sync and how quiet is it

3. Is there someone who can repare it

4. is it the same lens mount as 2m

5. Is it powered by 12v lead acid battery

is this ebay auction a good deal.

I was looking at the 16cx-2m, but this looked like a really good deal for all the lenses it came with and it claims to be crystal synched.

1. Kinor-16 SX-1M compatible with Kinor-16 SX-2M camera have similar lens mount.

The all lenses from 1M and 2M comatible.

The motor, motor mounts, magazines compatible too.

Will need check of a some details of camera modifications.

The difference:

1M have turret with 3 lens mounst. 2M have one lens mount and more hird front part of body.

A some versions of 1M can have transport mechanism with variable angle of shutter disk.

2M have mechanism with fixed angle of shutter disk.

2. Kinor can have a vew versions of electrical motor, 29EPSS, 10EP-16 APK and other.

This is camera have crystal sycn speed motor 10EP-16 APK with one speed 25 fps.

The electroncis have old design and have old electronic component.

10EP-16 APK mtor can be modify of modern multi speed crystal sycn motor with fixed speeds or speed sinthesizer and other additional fiunctions ( digital film counter, remote control and other ).

Noise, standard for 1M and 2M volume 42 Db.

The body of Kinor can have additional noise protection inside and outside blimp.

3. You can ask me about any repair and modifications , I have spare parts, special toosl and accessories for high precision service. I can modify of motor on modern crystal sync speed version.

4. Yes, 1M and 2M have similar of lens mount and all prime lenses from 1M can be use with 1M and 2M cameras. and All zoom lenses from 2M can be use with 1M.

5. Original Kinor-16 use 12 V battery, the modified motos use 12 v battery for speeds up to 32 fps and 18 v battery for speeds up to 50 fps.

29EPSS motor of Kinor-16 SX-2M can be modufy on modern multi speed, crystal synch with speeds 8..50 fps or version with speed sinthesizer 5-50 fps, step 0.1, 0.01, 0.001 fps.

Kinor-16 SX-2M can have original crystal sync speed motor 10EP-16 APK with one speed 25 fps too.
