Producer Needed for Film Project

I'm a director/screen writer looking for a PRODUCER to help me out on a few film projects I have in mind. I'm looking for a PRODUCER who has a min. of 5 years exp. and who will be dedicated to the film projects. This is a PAYING position and you will be paid based on the amount of experience you have.

I think you'd need to specify what kind of projects are, shorts/features, film/HD/DV, lenght, time for pre, pro and post, deadlines, funding and all that jazz.

 

Also what do you need, help with funding and distribution, I know some directors that have everything but don't know how to produce well.

 

I have 6 years of experience as a commercial producer/director. So I have experience dealing with crew, budget, and tight deadlines.
