green, blue and red lines in border frame

Hi all. and excuse for my english.

 

We bought a new dvx100b.

And we notice there are a line border the frame. Green atleft, red up and blue right.

And dont know if this is normal, I send a frame and a detail of the upperleft .

We know normally this is outside, not in internet videos...we want to know if the camera is ok.
